Your new role
- Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies
- Supplier sourcing and risk mitigation
- Managing supplier performance and developing relationships
- Proactively identifying cost down initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Procurement sourcing experience within Complex Manufacturing / Engineering sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with proven track record of cost savings
- Stakeholder management skills is crucial
- Proactive, positive "can do" attitude
