Job Description:
As a Dustcart Loader, you will be playing an essential part of a team of 3 where you will be a vital part of making sure that all the regulations are respected and making sure that the Dustcart is loaded properly. Also, as a crucial part of your daily tasks will be to help the driver navigate through the busy streets and alias of the respective area where you will be placed for that day.
The job Role:
- Assist the driver in navigating routes and operating the dustcart
- Collect and load waste and recyclables into the dustcart
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public
What is required:
- You must live locally in Horsham or have reliable transportation to the area.
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in waste management or a similar role is a plus
