We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the medical industry for a dedicated and compassionate Night Call Handler. This role is crucial in providing support and assistance to hospitals during night hours. Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to handle all inquiries and emergencies effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:- Answering and managing incoming calls from hospitals efficiently.
- Providing accurate information and support based on caller needs.
- Documenting and escalating calls as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and care.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and empathy at all times.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts on a rotating schedule (4 on, 4 off).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a customer service or medical role is advantageous but not essential.
