Your new role - Receptionist/ Front of House
- Working Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm, 40-hour week, across a commercial office building, based in Crawley, West Sussex.
- Front of house, meeting and greeting internal staff and external visitors, issuing guest passes and access cards, booking meeting rooms and dealing with any FOH queries.
- Main facilities POC to support with any queries, liaising with the suppliers, site escalations, site walks and checks across the office and meeting rooms, ensuring the meeting rooms are presentable, logging any defects on the helpdesk etc.
- Facilities administration, covering reception, monitoring the facilities mailbox and carrying out basic admin tasks.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role carrying out the above duties, facilities experience is highly desirable.
What you'll need to succeed- Receptionist/ Front of House
- You will need to have experience within Facilities Management, in a workplace coordinator/facilities assistant role or similar.
- Commutable distance from Crawley.
