I am working with a number of schools in and around Crawley who are seeking confident and capable educators to support their MFL departments on an ad hoc or full-time basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching your specialist language or a range of languages across KS3 & KS4
- Engaging students and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Adapting to different classroom settings and school cultures
- Implementing existing lesson plans and ensuring a smooth educational experience for students
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have prior cover teacher / MFL teacher experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Adaptability, reliability, and effective classroom management skills
- Strong student engagement abilities
- A passion for education and a commitment to positively impacting student learning
