Welder / Fabricator

Location: CrawleySalary: £12 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: Day shift and Late shift available

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our leading clients team, specialising in the manufacture of high-security products. This is a hands-on fabrication role where you will work from detailed technical drawings, assembling products to precise customer specifications. You will play a key role within the welding & fabrication department ensuring the products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld, Fabricate & Manufacture high-security products from detailed engineering drawings
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects to customer specifications
  • Inspect your own work to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Identify and report any production issues to the supervisor promptly

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings
  • Background in an engineering or fabrication environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect and maintain the quality of your own work
  • A methodical and organised approach to tasks
