We are currently recruiting for a Regional Depot Supervisor for an exciting new role in Basildon. This role will involve overseeing two, well functioning depots that provide a vital service to those in the local area.
As Depot Supervisor you will:
- Use your organisational and strong man management skills to full advantage when overseeing two small service, repair and distribution sites that serve the Essex area.
- Be process driven and passionate about providing a first class service to those in the local area
- Display high quality standards when overseeing repair and servicing of products before delivery
- Motivate, train and manage the rotas of depot personnel and delivery drivers
- Be focused on continuous improvement and effectively maintain inventory and the storage areas
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices
