Green Orchard Recruitment is excited to be supporting a well-established business in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Crediton, Devon.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering calls and handling customer enquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Processing customer orders accurately using the company’s software system.
  • Working with spreadsheets to manage and process data efficiently.
  • Supporting the office team and sales department with general administration.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people.
  • A great team player who is organised and can juggle multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the agricultural industry would be useful, but it’s not essential.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with the occasional Saturday morning (08:00 – 12:00) each month. Saturday hours can either form part of your 40-hour week, or as additional overtime.
