Print Operator
Crediton, Devon, EX17
- Full time, 40 hours per week with overtime
- Permanent (following a 12 week probation period)
- Salary dependent on experience

The Role
As a Print Operator, you will play a key role in our production process, operating advanced printing machinery to ensure top-quality results. You'll be responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency and upholding our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of printing equipment, including Komori GL425HUV, XL75, and SM52 2-colour presses
- Schedule and manage workflow to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Ensure print quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery issues
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the production team

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a skilled Print Operator who is passionate about delivering exceptional print quality and is comfortable working with high-end machinery. About you:
- Experience operating commercial printing equipment (Komori, Heidelberg, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- The right to work in the UK
