We are looking forexperienced and detail-oriented Production Operatorsto join our clients established manufacturing facility in Crediton, Devon. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure consistent product throughput to meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage documentation using both paper and electronic systems.
- Continuously develop personal skills to enhance overall performance.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support quality control processes and adhere to quality management systems.
Person Specification:
- Experience:Previous experience in production and manufacturing is required.
- Experience in Night shifts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently as needed.
Additional Details:
- Shift Pattern:Night shift (12-hour shifts, 6 pm to 6 am).
- Training Period:Initial training on the day shift with a starting salary of £24,169.60.
- Post-Training Salary:Basic salary of £25,438.40 upon transitioning to night shifts, plus:
- £3,120 per annum night shift allowance.
- Up to £5,086.40 per annum for overtime opportunities.
- Day Shifts:Available for candidates preferring alternative schedules.
