My client is an established manufacturer of high-end bespoke PCB products, and they are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with leadership experience to develop their team. The company have a fantastic portfolio of huge blue-chip customers, including BAE Systems, MOD, and the NHS, and they are on an exciting growth trajectory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production efficiency and implementing improved processes to make production more streamline with reduced waste. You will receive full management training to step up into a Technical Manager position within 12-18 months, making this a fantastic opportunity for professional development. Regular overtime is available, alongside quarterly bonuses and an excellent benefits package.

The Role:
