Process Engineering Manager (Full Industry Training)

Workshop based in Crediton. Commutable from Exeter, Tiverton, Cullompton, Okehampton, South Molton, Newton Abbot and surrounding areas.

Are you a Manager or Supervisor within Engineering and have experience in Process, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Production or similar and looking to join an industry leading bespoke Electronics company, who will invest in your continued technical development with specialist training, the ability to positively impact the company by implementing new processes and manage with a level of autonomy?

This company manufacture high-end Electronic products for a variety of different industries including, Aerospace and Defence. Due to their continued success, they are expanding the team and looking to take on a new manager, who they will invest in through fantastic training and progression opportunities.

This is a Monday to Friday site based role. You will manage a small team improving production methods and implementing new processes. The company will offer training, so candidates with a strong background in Process, CI, Manufacturing or Production Engineering and managerial /supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

  • Manage a small team of Process Engineers to implement new procedures and systems to improve production

The Person:

  • Experience managing or supervising teams within Engineering environment
  • Previous experience within Process, CI, Manufacturing or Production Engineering based role
  • Lives commutable or willing to relocate to Crediton
