Your engineering knowledge and analytical skills will guide you in monitoring production efficiency and implementing improved processes to make production more streamlined, whilst reducing waste and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior members of the team as part of your development. Full training will be provided.

You will receive full management training, allowing you to step up into a Technical Manager position within 12-18 months, making this a fantastic opportunity for career advancement.
