Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Devon
Salary: 42k-45k
Hours: 40hrs, Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
- Leading internal and external audits, ensuring site is compliant with third party standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, maintaining relevant documentation.
- Conducting supplier approval & visiting sites for audit.
- Raising non-conformance and ensuring full traceability exercises are taken, manage complaints, carrying out relevant investigations and root cause analysis.
- Lead HACCP team, training and developing factory workers on food safety/hygiene legislation.
The Candidate:
- Lead auditor to BRC standards
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role
- HACCP level 3, Food Safety level 3
