- Financial and contractual management of contracts
- Reviewing contract terms and conditions with the Commercial Manager
- Procurement and management of all suppliers and subcontractors
- Submission and agreement of client valuations and final accounts
- Ensure variations are reported and costed in a timely manner
- Maximising each project’s cash position
- Monthly CVR reporting to feed into company accounts
- Managing financial risk and opportunity
- Assist the Contracts Manager with project reporting
- Provide estimating and contracts management support when time permits
- Encourage and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and supply chain
- Degree qualified desirable or undertaking
- Proven experience of managing schemes up to £2m
- Strong written, oral communication skills and negotiation
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Project
- Relevant driving licence
