About the Role: As a Deputy Store Manager at our Okehampton location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will support the Regional Manager in leading a team of dedicated staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and developing the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
