Assistant Management Accountant

£15 to £17 per hour temporary

Cheshire (Hybrid)

Management Accountant opportunity with a NHS client for a four to six-month temporary assignment. This is an great opportunity for any individual with recent NHS experience to use their existing skill set to add value.

Assistant Management Accountant, working as part of a friendly team you will use your existing sills to add value to an evolving management accounts team:

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant

  • Meeting with the budget holders
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Ensure timely and precise delivery of budget statements for specific areas, maintaining accuracy in the General Ledger
  • Record significant variances in expenditure and ad-hoc income monthly. Explain their impact on the division and suggest ways to address them.

Required skills and experience of the Assistant Management Accountant

  • NHS experience or relevant Public Sector experience
  • Recent Management Accounts experience
  • Excellent communication skills
