Job Purpose- Oversee a varied portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Lead audit fieldwork, supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Prepare financial statements, review statutory accounts, and oversee corporation tax computations
- Take full ownership of assignments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide detailed reports for review by senior management or Directors
- Confidently use software like IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Offer training and guidance to junior staff, supporting their professional development
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, addressing queries proactively
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to offer additional services
