Job Purpose

  • Assisting with bookkeeping duties.
  • Preparation of statutory and management accounts.
  • Tax computations.
  • Preparation of VAT returns.
  • Liaising with HMRC.
  • Handling correspondence and escalating queries to the relevant department.
  • Confidently liaise with clients, handling general queries with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Supporting the junior team; reviewing work and offering mentoring when required.
  • Working closely with senior team members, handling duties as required.
