Role Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Oversee a diverse portfolio, supporting SMEs and larger enterprises across multiple sectors
    • Serve as a primary contact for client queries, delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction
  • Financial Statements & Reporting
    • Prepare and review financial statements in line with UK GAAP and other accounting standards
    • Ensure statutory compliance, meeting filing and tax submission deadlines
  • Taxation
    • Prepare and review corporate, VAT, and personal tax returns
    • Offer tax planning and structuring advice, staying informed on legislative changes
  • Management Accounts & Advisory
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, offering insights on performance
    • Support clients with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and supporting professional growth
    • Review and oversee work for accuracy and adherence to firm standards
  • Systems & Process Improvement
    • Contribute to internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service
    • Utilise and recommend enhancements in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
