Adecco working in Partnership with Bentley motors is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Crewe on a temporary ongoing contract for 9 months. If you're passionate about providing top-notch administrative support to an Executive team, this could be the perfect role for you!

Summary:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 9 months - ongoing
  • Location: Crewe CW1
  • Pay Rate: up to £24.11 per hour depending on experience
  • Hours: 35 hours per week - Hybrid once training complete

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting key executives! Your responsibilities will include:

Providing Administrative Support:

  • Assist with dealer and large mailings via FedEx and UPS.
  • Create and distribute monthly and quarterly reports for Aftersales and Sales.
  • Maintain a media database, PR folders, and budget/invoice tracking for PR activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Support special projects, including running the Kidston Club.

Coordinating Travel Arrangements:

  • Schedule flights, hotel accommodations, and car rentals as per company policy through Cliqbook or directly with Corporate Travel.
  • Act as a backup approver for international flights as needed.
  • Make necessary travel amendments to accommodate changes in meetings or travel.

Calendar and Meeting Management:

  • Coordinate Monthly Performance Review (MPR) meetings.
  • Plan and organise the yearly Team Building Event.
  • Arrange IT equipment and materials as needed for meetings.
  • Coordinate catering for events as required.
  • Schedule and support Regional Sales meetings on a quarterly basis.
  • Organise conference calls and other internal/external meetings using Microsoft Outlook, and take minutes when necessary.

General Office Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies as requested.
  • Collect and distribute mail daily, assisting with FedEx shipments.
  • Greet and assist visitors as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and executives.
