Are you an Office Administrator or similar, looking to step into a fast-paced, varied role within a busy, well-established company who will offer a stable and friendly working environment, great work-life balance and excellent benefits?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the UK leading distributer of lubricants and fuels who provide their products to a wide range of customers from large corporations to domestic clients. They are proud to provide a great working environment both through the modern office and their tight-knit, friendly team.

In this role you will be in charge of dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and chasing overdue B2B and B2C invoices. You will also be responsible for ledger management, order release and resolving queries.

This role would suit an Office Administrator or similar, looking for a fast-paced, varied role within a friendly, tight-knit business who will offer great working environment as well as excellent benefits like the option to buy holidays and healthcare cover.

The Role:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to chase B2B and B2C invoices
  • Order release and ledger management
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm (on rotating basis)
  • Hybrid after probation
  • 4hrs Saturday shift (1 in 6) paid overtime in the winter period
