For the successful Account Manager our client is offering:
- £28,000 - £29,000 Per Annum DOE
- Days role, 8 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Full-time permanent position
- Company car, laptop, and phone

The role - Account Manager:
- Field-based Account Management role with the main focus being on retaining existing business
- Liaise with customers face to face with a view to resolving any complaints and disputes to find suitable solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Dealing with a variety of customer queries
- Planning own diary and making appointments to see customers with the aim to resolve complaints and maintaining a continued trading relationship
- Working with other Operation Managers to help maintain and improve operational performance across all depots
What our client is looking for in an Account Manager
- Previous experience in a similar field-based role - ESSENTIAL
- Experience with face-to-face negotiations and problem solving - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication, inter-personal analytical, and Microsoft skills
- A full driving licence and flexibility to travel for meetings/training/site visits - ESSENTIAL
- Be able to work in a team, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines, and have a flexible approach
