Shift patterns / office based: Hybrid Working 1 - 2 times a month onsite 35 hours per week
Core hours: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Job purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine concepts for new products.
- Conduct comprehensive research and market analysis to identify design trends and customer needs.
- Create visual representations and prototypes of design concepts using CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure functionality and feasibility of design.
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturers to refine concepts and ensure smooth transition to production.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and creativity.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in design engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in concept development and design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
