Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for a new opportunity? With a fantastic reputation for personalised service and adaptability, they are committed to delivering excellence to their clients.As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Your attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software will be key to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
  • Assist the Commercial Team with job costing and expense allocation
  • Process invoices, payments, and monitor accounts receivable
  • Prepare and submit tax filings and assist with tax returns
  • Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation
  • Provide documentation and support during audits
  • Utilise accounting software to manage financial data and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Extensive bookkeeping experience
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 50 Payroll, and Sage HR
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
