Bentley Motors are seeking a talented Business Analyst for a temporary contract of 8 months to help us drive impactful change!

Role: Business Analyst

Duration: To end of December 2025 extension options

Location: Crewe (3 days in the office)

Rate: £420 per day (Outside ir35)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Clarify, define, and evaluate data business problems and opportunities. Your insights will support the identification of solutions that deliver real value.
  • Document Requirements: Ensure all requirements are meticulously documented, organised, and prioritised. Your clear communication will make it easy for stakeholders to understand.
  • Challenge the Status Quo: Don't hesitate to question business requirements to ensure that solutions are viable and focused on delivering anticipated benefits.
  • Deliver Quality Outputs: Plan and execute analysis effectively, ensuring outputs are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Validate Solutions: Assess proposed technical designs and testing approaches, ensuring they align with business needs.
  • Assess Organisational Readiness: Conduct readiness assessments and contribute to feasibility studies as required.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Deep understanding of Compliance.
  • Proven experience in business analysis within a structured project environment.
  • Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and communication, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills with a logical mindset and great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies, including experience with tools like Jira and Confluence. ARIS knowledge a bonus.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies, such as Six Sigma, and core analytical techniques.
  • Business Analysis accreditation (ISEB Diploma/IIBA/BCS) is a plus.
