Adecco working in collaboration with Bentley Motors are seeking a Change Management Analyst who is looking for a new challenge to join our client's dynamic team in Crewe on a full-time ongoing contract. Purpose of the Role
Join the Technical Conformity team as the Change Management Analyst where you'll provide support for the Change Management Technical Managers, technical knowledge and guidance, to support and ensure achievement of business objectives and technical development. Reporting into the Functional Manager - Change Management your main responsibilities include;

  • Supporting Project Management across multiple programmes
  • Supporting on internal and external compliance topics
  • Developing and maintaining specialist technical and business knowledge and capability
  • Cross functional engagement and support
  • Critical forum support and capturing of minutes
  • Support process and Change Management method improvements to develop departmental capability

About the Team
Engineering Technical Conformity ensure compliance of all Bentley vehicles with applicable legislation to enable their sale. In addition, we safeguard the end customer and the Bentley brand by ensuring errors in the design and development process are prevented from becoming consequential.

About you - Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of vehicle software
  • Ability to understand complex technical software and hardware vehicle systems to support Engineers cross functionally
  • Awareness and importance of certification topics
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders for information, not willing to yield to pressure, in order to ensure Technical Conformity
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance is adhered to
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - up to Director level
  • Knowledge of 'Golden rules' or equivalent processes
  • A relevant Degree subject or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of IT version control systems for example SYS42 preferred
  • Knowledge of JIRA essential
