Outbound Sales Executive- NO cold calling ALL existing customers

This role is speaking to existing customers that have already made an order online, you will be upselling and cross selling products rather than cold calling.

Basic 24K - realistic OTE of 33K (most agents are earning 30-34K) Dress down, relaxed office environment, NO dialler. Supportive, in-depth training and genuine progression opportunities.

The Outbound Sales Executive role will involve:

• Calling customers that have already made an order and offering them alternative products that will save them money!

• Working towards and achieving targets

• Using CRM systems

The ideal Outbound Sales Executive will need to be/have:

• Previous outbound telesales experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages

• Experience working towards KPI’s and targets

• Strong communication skills
