Adecco working in collaboration with Bentley Motors are seeking a Fleet Vehicle Logistics Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Crewe on a full-time basis. Position: Fleet Vehicle Logistics Specialist
Contract Type: Temporary 15 per hour
Contract Length: 12 months
Working Pattern: Full Time
Driving Required: Yes
Location: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
As a Fleet Vehicle Logistics Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will keep you active and engaged. You will be responsible for:
Vehicle Movement: Transport vehicles between locations.
Parts Collection: Gather essential parts from various locations on-site, including disguise kits, trackers, and number plates, ensuring timely delivery for vehicle fitment.
Documentation Management: Print logbooks and labels, attach keys to key fobs, and store spare keys securely in the designated safe.
Key Management: Oversee the physical and digital management of vehicle keys, audit key safes, and ensure smooth distribution to the next user according to the Vehicle Usage Plan.
Vehicle Checks: Conduct vehicle inspections upon return from users, ensuring they are ready for the next assignment.
Adhoc Requests: Respond to any additional vehicle movements as requested by the team due to events or parking issues.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for a motivated team player who meets the following criteria:
Driving Experience: A full UK driving licence for at least 1 year.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers for documentation and key management.
Team Collaboration: A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
