Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading automotive company, is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join our clients team on a temporary basis. If you have strong administrative skills and a passion for working with early career professionals, this could be the perfect role for you!

As the Early Careers Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Early Careers team. Reporting to the Early Careers Manager and working closely with the Early Careers Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating key activities, managing a central email inbox, categorising inbound queries, and responding to them promptly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and booking outreach events, while also engaging with educational institutions on behalf of our client to build relationships.
  • Managing and organising early careers equipment for events and coordinating the attendance and support from Bentley colleagues.
  • Providing general administration and organisation support for internal and external events.
  • Fielding inbound queries from the trainee population and managing the Early Careers inbox.
  • Sending out mass emails to the trainee population and line management.
  • Utilising the DAS system to approve apprentice changes.
  • Booking rooms for trainee events and updating masterfiles for the Early Careers team.
  • Assisting with the Early Careers recruitment campaign by working with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to populate the tracker, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate information.
  • Periodically updating the Early Careers team with recruitment progress and conducting candidate surveys to evaluate the candidate experience.
  • Assisting in the preparation for the Apprentice recruitment campaign by building materials, booking focus group sessions, updating recruitment trackers, and scheduling briefing sessions with Hiring Managers.
  • Supporting ongoing programme management by sending out engagement surveys, requesting feedback from line managers, updating trainee progress and exam passes/resits in the masterfile, and updating Early Careers intranet pages.
  • Acting as a role model by demonstrating positive behaviours and supporting the Early Careers team with ad-hoc tasks and activities.
  • Attending local events to support the Early Careers offering.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required. Attention to detail, customer service skills, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively manage calendars, take minutes, and write reports are additional valuable skills.
