Job Role: Marketing Manager

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with performance related bonus

Location: Remote - with travel to Crewe once a month for overnight stay

Role Overview

On behalf of our client head quarter in Crewe, Acorn By Synergie is looking for a creative thinker bursting with marketing ideas to join their clients team as a Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovative campaigns that enhance brand presence and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on digital marketing and a flair for crafting compelling strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Innovative Campaign Development: Conceptualise and execute imaginative marketing campaigns to boost engagement and achieve strategic objectives.

Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.

Content Strategy: Create or oversee the development of engaging content tailored to diverse audiences, from blog posts to multimedia campaigns.

Analytics & Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics and campaign performance data to optimise marketing efforts and inform strategy.

Creative Brainstorming: Continuously generate fresh ideas to captivate audiences, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive market.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to align campaigns with business goals.

Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently to maximise the ROI on marketing investments.

Market Research: Keep abreast of trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or equivalent role, with a strong creative and digital focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate unique, effective marketing ideas.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
  • Strong storytelling ability combined with exceptional communication skills.
