Adecco working in collaboration with Bentley Motors are seeking a Network Development Manager who is looking for a new challenge to join our client's dynamic team in Crewe on a full-time fixed term contract until September 2026.If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Network Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning and execution, focusing on:

Network Planning:

- Review and confirm the Global Network Plan to support over 18,000 sales.

- Identify and address long-term capacity demands across regions.

Market Opportunities:

- Evaluate new market entries, ensuring they align with sales forecasts and product relevance.

- Manage the board approval process for new market initiatives.

Network Contracts:

- Maintain and manage dealer agreements and brand standards.

- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and timely execution of agreements.

Performance Management:

- Design and deploy a global scorecard to measure dealer performance.

- Prepare quarterly risk reports to monitor dealer viability and financial exposure.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Skills and Experience:

- Proven ability to translate central strategy into effective regional applications.

- Experience in strategic project management and process improvement.

- Strong networking skills within Sales and Marketing teams.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.

Practical Knowledge:

- Understanding of the luxury automotive retail segment, including market dynamics and dealer performance drivers.

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

- A degree in a relevant field is required.

- Financial or Accounting qualifications preferred; Project Management certification is a plus.
