Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/ Project Manager

Location: Crewe (4 days a week on site, 1 day a week working from home)Salary: £35,000-£36,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor seeking a local role based on a single site? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a dynamic estates and project team (circa 20 staff). The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys and risk assessments and supporting the project team on various maintenance and refurbishment projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting asbestos surveys in various types of public buildings and commercial offices acoss a comprehenseive estate around Crewe.
  • Collecting and analysing samples to identify the presence of asbestos.
  • Preparing detailed reports and risk assessments based on survey findings to support the major projects team.
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on asbestos management and removal.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all surveys and assessments.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
