FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Drainage Engineer / Groundworker to strengthen their solution department team

Location: Crewe, travelling nationwide

Drainage Engineer / Groundworker role:

Drainage Engineer / Groundworkerresponsibilities:

  • Lead two-person+ teams on drainage/groundworks jobs
  • Oversee site operations, job timelines, and customer experience
  • Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to on site
  • Identify and resolve on-site problems
  • Drainage repairs, pipework renewals, patch lining, concrete slabs, tank installations, excavation, reinstatement, fencing, hoarding, drop kerbs, and pathways
  • You'll work on various commercial and residential projects at different sites
  • You will be required to work in all types of weather conditions

Drainage Engineer / Groundworkerrequirements:

  • Experience in excavation and groundworks
  • Experience in flagging and paving works
  • Experience in concrete and tarmac works
  • Experience in drainage installations and water treatment tank installations
  • Experience in fencing
  • CSCS cards (essential)
  • CPCS Excavator 360 / NPORS (essential)
  • NRSWA (essential)
  • Health and safety (desirable)
  • Confined spaces (desirable)
  • High Pressure Water Jetting (desirable)
  • Safe Dig (desirable)
  • Cat and Genny (desirable)
  • Shoring (desirable)
