Customer Service Administrator, Crewe, £25,000 - £26,000

We are currently supporting a forward-thinking, dynamic organisation on the outskirts of Crewe town centre with the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator. This is a new position due to expansion, and there are opportunities for progression within this company, as you would be joining them during a period of growth. The company provide ecommerce solutions to a wide range of customers and offer client services for 3rd party organisations. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dedicatedCustomer Service Administratorto join the friendly team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with customers and supporting the daily operations.

Joining this small yet productive team in an open plan office, you will be responsible for providing essential Administration support to the team to ensure that they can focus on generating business.

Duties will include:

  • Work from a shared inbox of around 200 incoming enquiries, split between the team of around 4/5
  • Process customer orders using an in-house system
  • Handle any orders that have issues resolving these queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with couriers, checking on deliveries due & note any delays
  • Process Returns
  • Process / Send out sample orders
  • Assist the Client Services Manager with another side of the business
  • Pass over tracking information to clients

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, able to stay calm under pressure, be extremely well organised, comfortable working in a team environment and have extensive customer service experience. Casual dress, with hours of 9-5 or 10-6 Monday to Friday with free on-site parking.
