Capital Project Manager | Permanent | Up to £60,500 | February Start

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large Public Sector organisation looking to grow their team leading in to 2025.

They are looking to identify a high calibre Capital Projects Manager, with a background in building,  to lead key projects and support the workload within the projects team. You will manage and fulfil the full range of duties in the implementation of building and engineering works.

Duties will include:

  • Deputising for the Head of the department as the situation requires
  • Assists on major projects, taking lead responsibility as directed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with the wider team and external contractors

Person:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Experienced of working within a building environment
  • NEC knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
