This role will suit someone who thrives in a multi-project environment, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results within tight timelines. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects across commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Coordinate with electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across all sites.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
  • Deliver progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management within the electrical, construction, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of fast-fit business models and project turnaround times.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3) are advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license.
