Page Personnel are working with a well known business going through a period of continual growth. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their diverse and close-knit team.

Description

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

  • Actively chasing overdue debt and pre-emptive calls to ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Review stopped orders regularly for release
  • Work alongside Sales Depots where applicable to clear any overdue balances or queries
  • Identify and effectively resolve customer queries to maintain good customer services levels
  • Regular debt ledger review, account reconciliations and unallocated cash
  • Ad-hoc Credit Control duties as required

Profile

The candidate will have:

  • Previous Credit Control experience - Required
  • High volume B2B & B2C experience - Desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
  • Good time-management and organisational skills - Required
  • High attention to detail - Required
