Description
Credit Controller responsibilities include:
- Actively chasing overdue debt and pre-emptive calls to ensure invoices are paid on time
- Review stopped orders regularly for release
- Work alongside Sales Depots where applicable to clear any overdue balances or queries
- Identify and effectively resolve customer queries to maintain good customer services levels
- Regular debt ledger review, account reconciliations and unallocated cash
- Ad-hoc Credit Control duties as required
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Previous Credit Control experience - Required
- High volume B2B & B2C experience - Desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Good time-management and organisational skills - Required
- High attention to detail - Required
