The Role:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing the company's debt ledger and ensuring timely cash collection. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively chasing overdue payments and ensuring invoices are settled on time
  • Monitoring and reviewing customer accounts, identifying outstanding balances, and resolving discrepancies
  • Assessing and releasing orders that are on hold, working with internal teams to resolve outstanding payments
  • Managing inbound calls from customers and internal teams regarding account queries
  • Reconciling accounts, reviewing ledgers, and ensuring accurate allocation of incoming payments
About You:
  • Proven experience in a credit control role essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Confident using financial systems and Excel for reporting and reconciliations
