About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the friendly voice of the organisation, handling customer enquiries through calls, emails and LiveChat. Your role will be pivotal in processing customer orders efficiently and maintaining strong supplier relationships through regular communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails and LiveChat requests promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Support general office admin duties, such as updating sales records and processing payments.
