We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Assistant to cover a period of sickness with our client in Crewe.
For this role you will be responsible for:-
- Handle administrative tasks relating to customer service
- Process customer enquiries via email providing accurate and timely information, maintaining, and updating customer information in the company database to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments to manage customer orders and returns efficiently
Experience and Skills required for this role:-
Good level of education including GCSE passes in Mathematics and English At least 1 year experience of working in a customer service environment and resolving customer queries and complaints. Ability to analyse complex complaints and customer feedback issues / evidence findings, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience of SAP and OMS are desirable, but not essential as training will be given.
