- Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, handling inquiries related to mobile connections, plans, and services, for both handset, sim only and broadband connections.
- Assist with new mobile service activations, upgrades, and contract renewals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and account-related issues efficiently.
- Managing a pipeline of support tickets and liaising with customers within a timely manner.
- Provide guidance on the best mobile solutions to suit business needs.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure customers are setup within agreed time scales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments.
- Consistently providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Able to handle a heavy and every changing workload.
- Weekday-only shift pattern (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) (Friday 9:00 -3PM)
