You'll play a key role in helping patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring they receive vital healthcare equipment and services. Each interaction is an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's day, supporting our mission to empower individuals to stay independent.What You'll Do:
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Manage workload effectively, including additional tasks and project work.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Handle escalated queries and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
  • Adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment.
About You:If you're kind, communicative, and passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you. While previous customer service experience is helpful, your empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills are what truly matter.
  • Active listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • To be empathetic and understanding with a calm and confident manner
  • Able to use IT systems (including Microsoft Office software)
  • Ability to think quickly and problem solve
  • Self-motivated behaviour with excellent timekeeping, time management and organisational skills
