You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities for an Electrical Project Manager:
- Manage multiple projects across commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Coordinate with electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across all sites.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain relationships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
- Deliver progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all projects.
- Proven experience in project management within the electrical, construction, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of fast-fit business models and project turnaround times.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and industry regulations.
- Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3) are advantageous but not essential.
- Full UK driving license.
