This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a specialist Construction company where you'll be working on niche projects in the Private and Public sectors, all whilst being given full technical training to further develop you and your career.
Are you an Architectural Technician with experience within the Construction industry? Are you looking for a position where you will work on unique and varied projects all whilst having full training and development opportunities?
This growing specialist construction company focuses on a niche market in both the Public and Private sectors. Working on both the design and build of projects they offer a full turnkey and bespoke service to their clients. With them working with big clients such as Military and the Police the service these specialists offer has created a huge workbook with both new and repeat business which sets them up for the rest of the year. This is why they are looking to add to their fast growing and dynamic team with this interesting opportunity.
In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities centered around delivering high-quality technical drawings that meet client specifications. Your tasks will include collaborating with both in-house and on-site teams to develop detailed building plans. Throughout the project lifecycle, your expertise will be crucial in addressing technical challenges and finding effective solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring that all projects comply with UK building regulations.
The ideal candidate will be an Architectural Technician with experience in AutoCAD and ideally TurboCAD to be able to hit the ground running and start producing drawings. You will also need a full UK drivers license to able to travel to their sites across the country when needed.

The Role:
- Working on niche projects within the Public and Private sectors
- Producing technical drawings to meet client specifications
- Office based in Crewe, with occasional visits to sites across the UK
- Great development and further technical training
The Person:
- Architectural Technician
- Some experience within the construction industry
- Proficient on AutoCAD and ideally TurboCAD
- Commutable distance to their office in Crewe
- Full UK drivers license
