We are looking for an innovative Executive Assistant to join an evolving business based at their remarkable offices in Crewe, you will provide vital support to two senior executives. We are looking for an individual who thrives in fast paced environments and can multitask working to tight deadlines.  This is a permanent role, fully office-based working Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, parking available.  What you’ll be doing as an Executive Assistant:
  • Organising travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments.
  • Conducting background research and presenting findings to help inform decision-making.
  • Preparing documents, presentations, reports, and briefing papers.
  • Keeping presentations up to date, including financial and business metrics.
  • Handling confidential documents with the utmost care and discretion.
  • Monitoring expenses, requisitions, and invoices, keeping everything organised and on track.
  • Maintaining accurate corporate org charts and updating with HR.
  What we’re looking for to be considered as an Executive Assistant:
  • Experience managing diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and stay organised in a busy environment.
  • Prior experience working at board level.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude, able to manage a changing workload.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
