Extrusion Operator - Crewe, Cheshire

Salary: £31,175.20 per year
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (2 days 7am-7pm / 2 nights 7pm-7am)

What You'll Do:
  • Operate blown film extruders to produce polythene film products to customer specifications.
  • Manage order and blend changes efficiently.
  • Conduct and record quality control checks, taking action when needed.
  • Follow work tickets and complete all production documentation accurately.
  • Ensure finished product packaging meets customer standards.
  • Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
  • Work safely and responsibly in line with H&S guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience (extrusion experience ideal but not essential).
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work shifts.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes hot environment.
  • Willingness to work at heights if required.
