KC Group are working in partnership with a leading organisation in Crewe, who have a newly created opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager.  As Commercial Finance Manager to bring commercial expertise to the team, drive pricing strategies, and enhance relationships with suppliers and third parties. This critical role offers the chance to collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead impactful projects, and play a key part in achieving business objectives.  
  • Partner with the Commercial Director to understand and strengthen supplier relationships.
  • Forecast and review performance, comparing results to targets.
  • Ensure accurate pricing strategies to meet margin goals.
  • Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and track progress against forecasts.
  • Drive initiatives to optimise portfolio performance.
  • Develop and refine pricing processes and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Provide performance insights through clear and actionable reporting.
  Requirements  
  • Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Strong aptitude for figures and excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage tasks independently or collaboratively.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholders and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
