Finance Business Partner | Crewe | £50,000 - £60,000

Resourcery Group are recruiting an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and support to various business units, while actively engaging with senior stakeholders to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, collaborating to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key decision-making processes
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and offer guidance in line with broader strategic objectives
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support
  • Directly support multiple P&Ls, understanding variances and challenging internal stakeholders
  • Drive change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organisation

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and forecasting
  • Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business units
